Return Policy for Services:

  • Time Frame: If you're not satisfied with our cleaning service, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Service Redo: We offer a complimentary redo of the specific areas that didn't meet your expectations, within our policy timeframe.
  • Refunds for Services: Refunds are considered in exceptional cases, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy for Products:

  • Time Frame: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Refunds for Products: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the item meets return conditions. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy for Services:

  • Notice: Please cancel scheduled services at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.

Digital Products (Cotiva)

The following applies to Cotiva and any digital product sold through this store, in addition to the terms above.

Cotiva is a digital product delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or the license key has been activated.

If you cannot download the file or activate your license key, contact us within 7 days of purchase at cotiva@bluewavecleaning.net with your order number and we will help you access and activate the product.

Refunds for accessed or activated digital products are limited and handled case by case. They are not provided for change of mind, lack of technical familiarity, or failure to adjust pricing assumptions for your own business. Cotiva provides pricing estimates only and does not guarantee profit, revenue, contract awards, or bid acceptance.
