Bluewave Cleaning Services launched in early 2024 with a focus on the work most cleaning companies treat as an afterthought: the lobbies, common areas, and high-touch spaces that property managers get judged on every single day.
Since then we've grown into a managed cleaning operation serving multifamily communities, offices, and homes across the Capital Region, New York City, the Hudson Valley, Massachusetts, and South Florida — now keeping more than two dozen properties consistently clean every week.
