Bluewave Cleaning Services LLC primarily provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Physical product shipping applies only to items purchased through our online store, if available.
2. Service Areas (Cleaning Services)
Cleaning services are available within our designated service areas in New York State. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
No physical shipment occurs for cleaning services.
3. Processing Time (Product Orders Only)
Orders for physical products, if offered, are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other reputable carriers.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier but generally range from:
- 3–7 business days (standard shipping)

- We will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Liability for shipped products is limited to the purchase price of the item.
